The call log, with transcripts and recaps. Log a call from another phone system or recorder.
List calls
The call log, newest first: calls on BrokerPlus lines, on a connected phone service, and calls that an integration logged. Each call has its transcript and recap when it has them. Subscribe to call.logged to know about new calls without a poll.
query Parameters
page1-indexed page number, up to 1000000.
page_sizeRows per page. Capped at 100.
updated_sinceISO 8601 date-time, for example 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z. Returns only rows changed at or after it, in updated_at order and then id order, oldest first. A value that is not ISO 8601 gets 400 VALIDATION_ERROR.
after_idUse with updated_since to read the next page of a sync. Send the updated_at and id of the last row you read: the list then starts after that row, and a row that changes while you sync cannot be skipped. Keep page at 1. Without updated_since it gets 400 VALIDATION_ERROR.
directioninbound or outbound.
deal_idOnly calls on this deal.
contact_idOnly calls with this contact.

Log a call
Puts a call from another phone system or recorder in the broker's call log. The call shows on the contact and the deal like a call made in BrokerPlus. Send a transcript, and BrokerPlus writes the recap and fills in the application from it, as it does for its own calls. Send external_id to make a retry safe: a call already logged with the same provider and external_id comes back with status 200.
Headers
Idempotency-KeyOptional for POST. An authorized retry with the same method, path, and exact body returns the stored response. Reservations last 24 hours. They belong to the original API key and broker. Reconcile uncertain results before you use a new key.

directioninbound when the client called, outbound when the broker did.
providerThe phone system or recorder the call came from, for example Dialpad, Plaud, or Grain.
started_at^(?:(?:\d\d[2468][04… · requiredISO 8601 timestamp. When the call started.
external_idThe call's id in that system. Send it, and a second request with the same provider and external_id returns the call already logged instead of a copy.
duration_secondsHow long the call lasted, in seconds.
statusHow the call ended. Defaults to completed.
contact_idThe contact on the other end. Omit it, and BrokerPlus finds the contact by the client's number. A number that matches more than one contact matches none.
deal_idThe deal to file the call on. Omit it, and BrokerPlus files the call on the contact's most recent deal.
fromThe number that made the call. Any format.
toThe number that took the call. Any format.
recording_urlAn https link to the recording. BrokerPlus keeps the link and shows it on the call. It does not copy the audio.
transcriptThe words of the call as plain text. Send this or transcript_segments.
The transcript turn by turn. BrokerPlus makes the plain text from these when you send no transcript.
summaryYour recap of the call. Send it, and BrokerPlus keeps it and does not write its own. Omit it, and BrokerPlus writes a recap from the transcript, as it does for a call on its own lines.
